Vacation in Belize

We just got back from our vacation in Belize and had a wonderful time.  We spent five days at Cayo Espanto just off of San Pedro in Belize.

It's a wonderful place to go.  They feed you three gourmet meals per day and the resort is somewhat isolated so you have plenty of privacy.  Now, you may be thinking that I would be bored out of my mind stuck on an island with nothing to do, however, I really enjoyed myself and never felt bored at all.  They have Hobie cat sail boats, paddle boats, and kayaks.  They even have a Segway on the island that was fun to try out.  However, the main thing you do is swim in the pool or offshore from your villa and enjoy the scenery.  One day, Valerie and I went diving.  The staff had all the equipment we needed and loaded it up on the boat for us.  We didn't have to lift a finger.  Now that's my idea of a good dive.

In any event, we really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.
